Challenge
This well-established southern cafeteria company wanted to extend their restaurant-quality food and service into the non-commercial foodservice market by building on the brand equity that made the company a favorite among diners of all ages.

Approach
After extensive research on the Piccadilly brand itself, and the primary reasons for its popularity among diners, Ideaworks crafted a strategy that would allow the company to address the needs of this new target market without compromising their existing brand equity. A major part of this strategy was the development of a market-driven portfolio highlighting the company’s diverse restaurant brand offerings that were perfectly suited for dining venues in colleges and universities, office buildings, and health care facilities.

Results
